Fat: 38.41g | Prot: 47.42g | Carb: 236.19g.   Breakfast:  cinnamon apple pancake, orange juice. Lunch:  Apples, carrots, tuna, Whole Wheat Bread (Commercial). Dinner:  Mixed Salad Greens, Ranch Dip, Red Beans and Rice, The Original Texas Garlic Toast. Snacks/Other:  kit kat.
