Fat: 24.26g | Prot: 44.08g | Carb: 65.94g.   Breakfast:  Red Delicious Apples, Tap Water, Ginger, Lemon. Lunch:  Salmon, Green Peas (Frozen), Quinoa (Cooked). Dinner:  Egg, Cooked Spaghetti Squash, Minced Garlic, Bob's Red Mill Organic Brown Flaxseeds, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh). Snacks/Other:  Little Salad Bar Garlic Lover's Hummus.
