Fat: 107.41g | Prot: 80.84g | Carb: 193.73g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Bob's Red Mill Organic Brown Flaxseeds, Aunt Patty's Organic Coconut Oil, Voskos Organic Greek Yogurt - Plain, Tap Water, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Clover Honey, Snak Club Raw Almonds. Lunch:  Beef Tip Round (Trimmed to 0" Fat), Full Circle Organic Lentils, Deutsche Kuche Whole Grain Mustard, Spectrum Organic Ground Flaxseed, Black Pepper, Spectrum Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Earthbound Farm Organic Carrots, Baby Carrots, Little Salad Bar Garlic Lover's Hummus. Dinner:  Ground Lamb, Zucchini, Mushrooms, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Olive Oil, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), Uncle Ben's Ready Rice - Natural Whole Grain Brown. Snacks/Other:  Arrowhead Mills Organic Popcorn.
