Lunch:  Baby Carrots, Beef Tip Round (Trimmed to 0" Fat), Black Pepper, Deutsche Kuche Whole Grain Mustard, Earthbound Farm Organic Carrots, Full Circle Organic Lentils, Little Salad Bar Garlic Lover's Hummus, Spectrum Organic Ground Flaxseed, Spectrum Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. Dinner:  Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), Ground Lamb, Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Uncle Ben's Ready Rice - Natural Whole Grain Brown, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Arrowhead Mills Organic Popcorn.
