Fat: 34.66g | Prot: 37.02g | Carb: 167.44g.   Breakfast:  coffee, sugar, yogurt. Lunch:  almonds, cranberry, mushrooms, raspberry vinaigrette, salad. Dinner:  baby carrots, salsa, tamale, Veggie Melange. Snacks/Other:  chocolate covered ginger, dried peaches, maple syrup, multigrain crackers milton's, yogurt.
