Fat: 109.26g | Prot: 132.58g | Carb: 204.19g.   Breakfast:  Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Vegetable Oil, Apple & Gouda Cheese Chicken Sausage, Light Vegetable Oil Spread, Country Buttermilk Bread. Lunch:  White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Vegetable Oil, Baked or Broiled Shrimp, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner:  Light Vegetable Oil Spread, Country Buttermilk Bread, Mayonnaise, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate Squares, Cashew Nuts, Movie Theater Popcorn.
