Fat: 109.26g | Prot: 132.58g | Carb: 204.19g.   Breakfast:  Apple & Gouda Cheese Chicken Sausage, Country Buttermilk Bread, Light Vegetable Oil Spread, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Vegetable Oil. Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Shrimp, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Vegetable Oil, White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked). Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Country Buttermilk Bread, Light Vegetable Oil Spread, Mayonnaise. Snacks/Other:  Cashew Nuts, Milk Chocolate Squares, Movie Theater Popcorn.
