Fat: 112.30g | Prot: 299.75g | Carb: 83.13g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal, Whey Isolate. Lunch:  Egg, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat). Dinner:  greek yogurt, Whey Isolate. Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), greek yogurt, Whey Isolate.
