Fat: 80.29g | Prot: 166.13g | Carb: 144.69g.   Breakfast:  mcdonalds chicken, mcdonalds parfait, sugar free vanilla iced coffee, Sweet Chili Sauce. Lunch:  buffalo wild wings tenders, carrots. Dinner:  1/3 lb Low Carb Thickburger. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Protein Plus Bar, Special K Protein Shake - Milk Chocolate.
