Fat: 25.51g | Prot: 37.74g | Carb: 130.95g.   Breakfast:  quaker multi grain hot cereal, honey, Dark Pump Pumpernickel Bread, v8. Lunch:  Short Cuts Carved Honey Roasted Chicken Breast, plum tomatoes, crispy onions, tomato and basil feta cheese, light balsamic, arugula, mushrooms, cucumber. Snacks/Other:  carrots, Gluten Free Pretzel Twists.
