Fat: 30.45g | Prot: 53.01g | Carb: 142.10g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Bread, high fiber v8, natural strawberry spread, quaker multi grain hot cereal, Weight control oatmeal quaker. Lunch:  baby spring mix, Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, boiled egg, Lowfat 2% Greek-Style Yogurt - Vanilla Bean, plum tomatoes, Short Cuts Carved Honey Roasted Chicken Breast, tomato and basil feta cheese. Snacks/Other:  Gluten Free Pretzel Twists, york peppermint patty.
