Fat: 12.20g | Prot: 29.01g | Carb: 113.10g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, high fiber v8, Lowfat 2% Greek-Style Yogurt - Vanilla Bean, quaker multi grain hot cereal, quaker weight control oatmeal, sandwich thins. Lunch:  Luna Bar - Carmel Nut Brownie.
