Fat: 18.88g | Prot: 51.05g | Carb: 148.70g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, high fiber v8, Lowfat 2% Greek-Style Yogurt - Vanilla Bean, quaker multi grain hot cereal, quaker weight control oatmeal, sandwich thins. Lunch:  Fresco Chicken Soft Taco. Dinner:  2% cottage cheese. Snacks/Other:  Gluten Free Pretzel Twists.
