Fat: 112.65g | Prot: 110.69g | Carb: 33.75g.   Breakfast:  Bacon Grease, Coffee, Heavy Whipping Cream, Large Brown Eggs, Original Pork Sausage Patties, Pure Irish Butter, Summer Squash (Crookneck and Straightneck), Sweet Red Peppers, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Egg, Ground Beef, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Advantage Milk Chocolate Delight Shake, Cucumber (with Peel), Jicama, Shoulder Pork Roast.
