Fat: 112.65g | Prot: 110.69g | Carb: 33.75g.   Breakfast:  Bacon Grease, Large Brown Eggs, Heavy Whipping Cream, Original Pork Sausage Patties, Tomatoes, Summer Squash (Crookneck and Straightneck), Pure Irish Butter, Coffee, Sweet Red Peppers. Lunch:  Egg, Tomatoes, Ground Beef. Dinner:  Jicama, Cucumber (with Peel), Shoulder Pork Roast, Advantage Milk Chocolate Delight Shake.
