Fat: 145.08g | Prot: 132.19g | Carb: 31.63g.   Breakfast:  Coconut Oil, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Mayonnaise (No Cholesterol), Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, Tuna Muffins, Whole Foods Market Liquid Stevia Drops. Lunch:  American Cheese, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Skinless Chicken Breast, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Sugar Free Jello Treat, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Snak Club Raw Almonds, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas. Snacks/Other:  Tomatoes.
