Fat: 145.08g | Prot: 132.19g | Carb: 31.63g.   Breakfast:  Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, Whole Foods Market Liquid Stevia Drops, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Coconut Oil, Tuna Muffins, Mayonnaise (No Cholesterol). Lunch:  Sugar Free Jello Treat, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Skinless Chicken Breast, Tomatoes, American Cheese. Dinner:  Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Snak Club Raw Almonds. Snacks/Other:  Tomatoes.
