Fat: 41.99g | Prot: 131.81g | Carb: 56.70g.   Breakfast:  Water, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), 2% Fat Milk, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Eggland's Best Large Grade A Eggs, Eggland's Best Egg White, PAM Original No-Stick Cooking Spray. Lunch:  Trader Joe's Raw Almonds, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Original Unsweetened Non-Dairy Beverage, Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey - Delicious Strawberry, Water. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Skinless Chicken Breast, Water, Butter.
