Fat: 37.76g | Prot: 91.89g | Carb: 90.98g.   Breakfast:  Water, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), 2% Fat Milk, Eggland's Best Egg White, BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, Eggland's Best Large Grade A Eggs, Publix Red Bell Pepper, Portabella Mushrooms, PAM Original No-Stick Cooking Spray, Onions. Lunch:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Tomatoes, Avocados, Cucumber (Peeled), Water. Dinner:  Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Smart Chicken Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets, Water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  Strawberries, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Water.
