Fat: 43.56g | Prot: 88.97g | Carb: 62.86g.   Breakfast:  Water, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), 2% Fat Milk, Florida Oranges. Lunch:  Water, Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Tomatoes, Calavo Avocado, Wal-Mart Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Water, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Trader Joe's Boneless Beef New York Strip Steak. Snacks/Other:  Water, Trader Joe's Ground Turkey Breast.
