Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Calavo Avocado, Litehouse Foods Huckleberry Vinaigrette Dressing, Publix Red Bell Pepper, Taylor Farms Organic Baby Spring Mix, Water. Dinner:  Butter, Shoulder Pork Roast, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Water. Snacks/Other:  Emerald Raw Almonds.
