Fat: 33.09g | Prot: 79.24g | Carb: 139.77g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Quaker Instant Oatmeal - Original, Splenda Granulated Splenda, Water. Lunch:  Blackberries, Kellogg's All-Bran Buds, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, The Greek Gods Honey Greek Yogurt, Trader Joe's Buffalo Jerky, Water. Dinner:  Butter, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters, Cooked, Roasted).
