Fat: 33.09g | Prot: 79.24g | Carb: 139.77g.   Breakfast:  Water, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), 2% Fat Milk, Butter, Splenda Granulated Splenda, Quaker Instant Oatmeal - Original. Lunch:  Water, The Greek Gods Honey Greek Yogurt, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Blackberries, Kellogg's All-Bran Buds, Trader Joe's Buffalo Jerky. Dinner:  Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters, Cooked, Roasted), Butter, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked).
