Fat: 35.30g | Prot: 84.16g | Carb: 136.85g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Chobani Lowfat Pineapple Greek Yogurt, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Kellogg's All-Bran Buds. Lunch:  Publix Brown Rice Spicy Tuna Roll. Dinner:  Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Butter, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked).
