Lunch:  Bumble Bee Prime Fillet Solid White Albacore Tuna, Trader Joe's 4% Cottage Cheese, Water. Dinner:  Butter, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters, Cooked, Roasted), Water. Snacks/Other:  Chobani Lowfat Banana Greek Yogurt, Emerald Raw Almonds, Kellogg's All-Bran Buds.
