Fat: 45.58g | Prot: 127.03g | Carb: 100.94g.   Breakfast:  Water, 2% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Eggland's Best Egg White, Eggland's Best Large Grade A Eggs, PAM Original No-Stick Cooking Spray. Lunch:  Water, Bumble Bee Prime Fillet Solid White Albacore Tuna, Trader Joe's 4% Cottage Cheese. Dinner:  Butter, Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters, Cooked, Roasted), Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Water. Snacks/Other:  Emerald Raw Almonds, Chobani Lowfat Banana Greek Yogurt, Kellogg's All-Bran Buds.
