Fat: 30.22g | Prot: 41.62g | Carb: 49.85g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Water. Lunch:  Water. Dinner:  Butter, Pork Roast (Lean Only Eaten), Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Emerald Raw Almonds, Water.
