Fat: 42.32g | Prot: 73.67g | Carb: 107.84g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg White, Quaker original Instant Oatmeal, Splenda, water. Lunch:  Hot Chocolate. Dinner:  Butter, Pork Roast (Lean Only Eaten), Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Kale Krunch Southwest Ranch.
