Fat: 39.63g | Prot: 89.95g | Carb: 117.82g.   Breakfast:  water, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), 2% Fat Milk, Eggland's Best Eggs, Egg White, Portabella Mushrooms, Babybel light, Pam olive oil cooking spray. Lunch:  Blackberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Fage greek yogurt, Bran Buds, Splenda, water. Dinner:  Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Kale, olive oil, Pork Roast (Lean Only Eaten), Butter, water. Snacks/Other:  Hi I'm Skinny Sticks.
