Fat: 36.12g | Prot: 87.01g | Carb: 131.54g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Babybel light, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg White, Eggland's Best Eggs, Kale, Mushrooms, Pam olive oil cooking spray, water. Lunch:  Blackberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Bran Buds, Fage greek yogurt, Splenda, water. Dinner:  Butter, Mahi Mahi, Pam olive oil cooking spray, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), water. Snacks/Other:  Hi I'm Skinny Sticks.
