Fat: 35.37g | Prot: 60.55g | Carb: 119.94g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, California Clementine, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half), water. Lunch:  Vegetarian Chili with Beans, water. Dinner:  Butter, Pork Roast (Lean Only Eaten), Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), water. Snacks/Other:  cocoa almonds 100 calorie pack, Dried Figs (Uncooked), Low Fat 2% Small Curd Cottage Cheese, water.
