Fat: 19.16g | Prot: 84.40g | Carb: 129.84g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg White, Quaker original Instant Oatmeal, Splenda, water. Lunch:  Blackberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Bran Buds, Fage greek yogurt, Splenda, Trader Joe's Buffalo Jerky, water. Dinner:  Butter, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters, Cooked, Roasted), water. Snacks/Other:  water.
