Fat: 19.16g | Prot: 84.40g | Carb: 129.84g.   Breakfast:  Egg White, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), 2% Fat Milk, Quaker original Instant Oatmeal, Butter, Splenda, water. Lunch:  Fage greek yogurt, Blackberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Splenda, Trader Joe's Buffalo Jerky, water, Bran Buds. Dinner:  Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters, Cooked, Roasted), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Butter, water. Snacks/Other:  water.
