Fat: 45.64g | Prot: 59.85g | Carb: 127.64g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Instant Oatmeal - Original, Splenda, water. Lunch:  Eggland's Best Eggs, Pam olive oil cooking spray, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked). Dinner:  Spicy Tuna Roll. Snacks/Other:  Rich & Hearty New England Clam Chowder.
