Fat: 25.54g | Prot: 81.95g | Carb: 123.71g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Instant Oatmeal - Original, Low Fat 2% Small Curd Cottage Cheese, Splenda, water. Lunch:  Eggland's Best Eggs, Pam olive oil cooking spray, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked). Dinner:  boneless skinless turkey breast, Butter, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked). Snacks/Other:  California Clementine.
