Fat: 72.54g | Prot: 86.78g | Carb: 313.55g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Minis Chocolate Chip, Egg McMuffin, 100% Orange Juice, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Labneh Light. Lunch:  Light Mozzarella, Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil, White Bread, Multigrain Chips. Dinner:  spaghetti, flour, beef. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Snack Bar, granola apple nature valley, multigrain chips.
