Fat: 80.46g | Prot: 73.03g | Carb: 223.36g.   Breakfast:  special k, Skimmed Milk. Lunch:  chicken, vinaigrette sauce, lettuce, mozzarella. Dinner:  breaded shrimps, tartar sauce, tabbouli, pizza, ghraybeh, turkey, whole wheat toast, hot dog roll, honey mustard. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Chunk, granola maple nature valley, multigrain chips, whipped cream light, sugar free hershey syrup.
