Fat: 48.11g | Prot: 101.77g | Carb: 261.33g.   Breakfast:  whole wheat bread, fat free cheddar. Lunch:  mashed potato, beef, white bread, cauliflower, olive oil. Dinner:  rice, coleslaw salad, white bread, whole wheat toast, maasdam cheese, tuna water, honey mustard. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Chunk, activia strawberry, lindt milk chocolate.
