Fat: 48.11g | Prot: 101.77g | Carb: 261.33g.   Breakfast:  fat free cheddar, whole wheat bread. Lunch:  beef, cauliflower, mashed potato, olive oil, white bread. Dinner:  coleslaw salad, honey mustard, maasdam cheese, rice, tuna water, white bread, whole wheat toast. Snacks/Other:  activia strawberry, Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Chunk, lindt milk chocolate.
