Fat: 75.82g | Prot: 102.16g | Carb: 331.34g.   Breakfast:  fat free cheddar, Skimmed Milk, Special K Original Cereal, whole wheat bread. Lunch:  6" Wheat Bread, Honey Mustard Dressing, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Multigrain Chips, roast beef. Dinner:  asparagus soup, Labneh Light, spaghetti, whole wheat toast. Snacks/Other:  biscuit, Choco Pie, granola maple, hershey, nature valley chocolate.
