Fat: 75.82g | Prot: 102.16g | Carb: 331.34g.   Breakfast:  Skimmed Milk, Special K Original Cereal, whole wheat bread, fat free cheddar. Lunch:  Multigrain Chips, 6" Wheat Bread, roast beef, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Honey Mustard Dressing. Dinner:  spaghetti, whole wheat toast, asparagus soup, Labneh Light. Snacks/Other:  granola maple, Choco Pie, hershey, biscuit, nature valley chocolate.
