Fat: 76.86g | Prot: 71.55g | Carb: 271.45g.   Breakfast:  Skimmed Milk, Special K Original Cereal. Lunch:  6" Wheat Bread, Cheddar Cheese, Honey Mustard Dressing, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), Multigrain Chips, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Dinner:  spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  Baked Strawberry Pie, biscuit, hershey, nature valley chocolate, sugar free hershey syrup, whipped cream light.
