Fat: 58.58g | Prot: 133.05g | Carb: 256.11g.   Breakfast:  Breakfast Cookies Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Crispy Minis Chocolate Chip, Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese Singles, skimmed milk, toasted whole wheat bread. Lunch:  Brown Ciabatta Roll, chicken , corn, lettuce, light vinaigrette dressing, mayonnaise, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), tuna. Dinner:  Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese Singles, turkey honey roasted, whole weat toast. Snacks/Other:  light whipped cream, Nutri-Grain Elevenses Choc Chip Bake, Tropicana Slim Swiss Chocolate Drink, Yogurt Prune 0% Fat.
