Fat: 74.95g | Prot: 83.89g | Carb: 46.84g.   Breakfast:  Advantage Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll Bar. Lunch:  broccoli, avacado, chicken breast, Jumbo Grade A Eggs, maries lite bleu cheese, spring mix. Dinner:  cooked beef sirloin, green beans, butter, sour cream, creamy horseradish. Snacks/Other:  pork rinds, bigalow peach tea, No Calorie Sweetener, maja blanca.
