Fat: 85.39g | Prot: 80.11g | Carb: 149.33g.   Breakfast:  Premium Shortcut Bacon, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Hash Brown (from Frozen), cooked mushrooms, baked beans, Water, Instant Coffee & Skim Milk, Raw Sugar. Dinner:  gravy, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), lamb shank, mashed potato. Snacks/Other:  Vodka, lime and soda, champagne.
