Fat: 85.39g | Prot: 80.11g | Carb: 149.33g.   Breakfast:  baked beans, cooked mushrooms, Hash Brown (from Frozen), Instant Coffee & Skim Milk, Premium Shortcut Bacon, Raw Sugar, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Water. Dinner:  gravy, lamb shank, mashed potato, Mixed Vegetables (Frozen). Snacks/Other:  champagne, lime and soda, Vodka.
