Fat: 16.41g | Prot: 85.38g | Carb: 232.21g.   Breakfast:  pineapple, Light Fat Free Blueberry Patch Yogurt. Lunch:  oatmeal, benefiber, egg white, caraway seed, celery seed, fennel seed, pepper, red pepper flakes, canola oil, extra lean ground turkey, kosher salt, orowheat sandwhich thin. Dinner:  chicken breast, lime juice, honey, wheat flour, steamfresh broc, worcestershire, splenda brown sugar, steamfresh rice. Snacks/Other:  skinny cow ice cream sandwhich, Chewy Bar-Oats and Caramel.
