Lunch:  benefiber, canola oil, caraway seed, celery seed, egg white, extra lean ground turkey, fennel seed, kosher salt, oatmeal, orowheat sandwhich thin, pepper, red pepper flakes. Dinner:  chicken breast, honey, lime juice, splenda brown sugar, steamfresh broc, steamfresh rice, wheat flour, worcestershire. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Bar-Oats and Caramel, skinny cow ice cream sandwhich.
