Fat: 54.57g | Prot: 90.93g | Carb: 61.73g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), skim milk, Sugar in the Raw Packets. Lunch:  Baby Carrots , Cucumber (with Peel) , Grape Tomatoes, Olive Oil , Red Wine Vinegar, ribeye, Romaine Lettuce, romano cheese. Dinner:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins, Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken Broth or Bouillon Soup (with Equal Volume Water, Dehydrated), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Mushrooms, Olive Oil, onion.
