Fat: 72.59g | Prot: 274.83g | Carb: 75.15g.   Breakfast:  eggs, ole low carb high fiber, sausage, six star protein cookies. Lunch:  cut green beans del monte, ground beef. Dinner:  great value frozen blackberries, great value frozen blueberries, peanut butter extra crunchy, simply cottage cheese. Snacks/Other:  six star.
