Fat: 75.55g | Prot: 112.95g | Carb: 83.78g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Rounds, Gouda or Edam Cheese, Smoked Turkey Sausage, Southwestern Style Egg Whites. Lunch:  Italian Salad Dressing, Large Shrimp, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Natural Spring Water (Bottle), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  Cooked Collards (from Fresh), Potato Salad, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Pineapple Greek Yogurt (Chobani), Raw Almonds.
