Fat: 75.55g | Prot: 112.95g | Carb: 83.78g.   Breakfast:  Smoked Turkey Sausage, Southwestern Style Egg Whites, Gouda or Edam Cheese, 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Rounds. Lunch:  Natural Spring Water (Bottle), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Italian Salad Dressing, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Large Shrimp. Dinner:  Potato Salad, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Cooked Collards (from Fresh). Snacks/Other:  Raw Almonds, Nonfat Pineapple Greek Yogurt (Chobani).
