Fat: 95.98g | Prot: 117.78g | Carb: 134.91g.   Breakfast:  Chocolate Caramel Coffee Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), natures own, Original Recipe Pork Sausage, Scrambled Egg, Yellow Corn Grits Cereal (with Salt, Cooked with Water, Enriched). Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Chicken or Turkey Salad. Dinner:  Bread Stuffing, Candied Sweetpotato, Cooked Collards (Fat Added in Cooking), Cooked Sauerkraut (Fat Added in Cooking), Deli Select Brown Sugar Baked Ham Water Added, Mashed Potato (from Fresh), Turkey Dark Meat (Cooked, Roasted), Turkey Gravy.
