Fat: 88.86g | Prot: 87.65g | Carb: 89.67g.   Breakfast:  Natural Ovens Bakery Multigrain Bread, Butter (Salted), Fried Egg. Lunch:  Progresso Rich & Hearty Beef Pot Roast Soup. Dinner:  Fried Egg, Beef Porterhouse Steak (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat). Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds.
