Fat: 88.86g | Prot: 87.65g | Carb: 89.67g.   Breakfast:  Butter (Salted), Fried Egg, Natural Ovens Bakery Multigrain Bread. Lunch:  Progresso Rich & Hearty Beef Pot Roast Soup. Dinner:  Beef Porterhouse Steak (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Fried Egg. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds.
