Fat: 26.41g | Prot: 71.58g | Carb: 143.27g.   Breakfast:  miracle whip, Multigrain Bread, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Lunch:  celery, ham, ham, miracle whip, natural ovens multigrain, Split Peas (Mature Seeds). Dinner:  Cooked Vegetable and Pasta Combinations with Cream or Cheese Sauce (Broccoli, Pasta, Carrots, Corn, Zucchini, Peppers, Cauliflower and Peas), Snap Peas.
