Fat: 87.93g | Prot: 78.21g | Carb: 27.43g.   Breakfast:  Vanilla Extract, Baking Powder, Ground Cinnamon, Large Eggs, CC Butter (Original), Ground Flax Seed, Boatload of Water. Lunch:  Chicken Salad, Cleochatra's Oopsie Roll, Cut Green Beans. Dinner:  Tomato, Cucumber, Lettuce, A1 Steak Sauce, Broccoli Florets, London Broil Steak, Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese, CC Butter (Original), FL Zesty Italian Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Jell-O Sugar Free Cherry, Frozen Chocolate Mousse Puffs.
