Fat: 132.62g | Prot: 84.01g | Carb: 81.45g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Kroger Heavy Whipping Cream, Sausage Frittata II, Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup. Lunch:  Low Carb Eggplant Parmigiana. Dinner:  Basque Eggs with Ham, Tomatoes and Bell Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Day Break Chocolate Hazelnut Bar, Atkins Endulge Caramel Nut Chew Bar, Blackberries, Celery, Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Cheese Wedges, Strawberries, Sweet's Quality Candies Sugar Free Salt Water Taffy.
