Fat: 169.12g | Prot: 174.21g | Carb: 279.29g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, egg, avacado, torani english toffee sugar free syrup, heavy cream. Lunch:  Beef Taco Salad, Tostitos Chips, Citrus Fruit Salad. Dinner:  Strawberry Salad, Fettucine Alfredo, Lasagna, Filet Mignon, Red Wine. Snacks/Other:  Vanilla Cupcake with Icing, Egg Roll, Sweet 'n Sour Sauce, Lemon Cheesecake, Chocolate Chip Cookies.
