Fat: 27.90g | Prot: 58.00g | Carb: 166.42g.   Breakfast:  Original Almond Milk, Heritage Flakes Multigrain Cereal, Hemp Hearts. Lunch:  All-in-one Nutritional Shake French Vanilla. Dinner:  Protein Bar - chocolate saviseed. Snacks/Other:  Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless) , Bananas , Cream, Coffee.
