Fat: 52.74g | Prot: 102.13g | Carb: 132.17g.   Breakfast:  Original Almond Milk, Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, Hemp Hearts. Lunch:  Power Meal Fuel, Vega All-in-one Nutritional Shake French Vanilla. Dinner:  Wild Atlantic Salmon, Virgin Coconut Oil, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh). Snacks/Other:  Oranges, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Low Sodium Rounds - Premium White Corn Tortilla Chips, Hot Salsa.
