Fat: 42.98g | Prot: 75.42g | Carb: 229.00g.   Breakfast:  half and half, GOLEAN Crunch! Protein & High Fiber Cereal, orange juice. Lunch:  orange pepper, cauliflower, celery, chicken thigh, honeydew melon. Dinner:  Skim Chocolate Milk, Turkey Breast Meat, sara lee wheat bread. Snacks/Other:  soda crackers, Clementines.
