Fat: 42.98g | Prot: 75.42g | Carb: 229.00g.   Breakfast:  GOLEAN Crunch! Protein & High Fiber Cereal, half and half, orange juice. Lunch:  cauliflower, celery, chicken thigh, honeydew melon, orange pepper. Dinner:  sara lee wheat bread, Skim Chocolate Milk, Turkey Breast Meat. Snacks/Other:  Clementines, soda crackers.
