Fat: 6.62g | Prot: 53.68g | Carb: 73.02g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon, Coffee, Gala Apples, liquid dietary supplement omni IV, Organic Stevia, Tap Water. Lunch:  Apple Cider Vinegar, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Fiber Crispbread, Grape Tomatoes, Spicy Brown Mustard, Spinach, Tap Water. Dinner:  Asparagus, Minced Garlic, Red Hot Sauce, Tap Water, Tilapia (Fish). Snacks/Other:  Cinnamon, Gala Apples, Organic Stevia.
